  • It’s fine

I loved the first one a lot, this one isn’t as good but it’s still a decent movie. Some of the acting isn’t the best, and some parts are kind of uninteresting but still good fun. It gets really good towards the end, just didn’t bring the thrills and epicness of the first Jurassic World.

More pronounced in this "alternate" version of THE LOST WORLD: JURASSIC PARK is a harsh, disturbing, and common fact of life. THEY NEVER LEARN. Apparently, Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) and her college-freshman posse--Franklin Webb and Zia Rodriguez (Justice Smith, Daniella Pineda)--failed to heed Dr. Ian Malcolm's words: "Life will find a way." And reformed John Hammond's too, "These creatures require our absence to survive. Not our help." They don't need our help to perish, either. Death, much as we hate to admit it, stands as part of life's circle; and dinosaurs are no exception. [Since Jurassic World's dinosaurs were cloned, by humans, anyway, they should have been left to their fate.] But what does our team of dum-dums do? THEY INTERFERE. As does an audience of black marketeers--Mr. Eversoll (Toby Jones), Eli Mills (Rafe Spall), Ken Wheatley (Ted Levine) and even Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong)--with no respect for nature whatsoever. [What have they got Dr. Wu on, anyway?] The consequences, like in the previous film, are predictable. DINOS CHOW DOWN ON FOOLISH HUMANS!!! Furthermore, what kind of distraction are the writers & more pulling by bringing in a human clone--of John Hammond's [otherwise nonexistent] twice-removed goddaughter, Benjamin Lockwood's (James Cromwelll) granddaughter/daughter (Isabella Sermon)? I mean, InGen's cloning project concerned dinosaurs, NOT humans. That premise belongs to a different project entirely. If JURASSIC WORLD did not do enough bad to JURASSIC PARK, FALLEN KINGDOM does THE LOST WORLD a thousand times worse. The writing, the effects, the acting, the plot structure, the score, etc. It's all wrong, wrong, wrong, WRONG!!! Even the return of Jeff Goldblum as the black-clad Dr. Ian Malcolm--whom I respect, character and actor--is not enough to invoke denial of this sequel's fatal artistic flaws and unnecessary presence. "Is this how you make dinosaurs?" "No. This is how you play God. AND DUMB."

Paid for it on ppv when it came out. Was skipping every other 10 minutes and finally couldn’t finish it. Boring. Jaws the Revenge was better.

Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom suffers from sequelitztis and beyond that composer Fallen Kingdom is a faliure of a film. I dosen't make sense, the acting is horrible so as Star Lord Chris Pratt who won't take a break. Just watch the trailers there more entertaining than the actual movie because the trailer itself is awesome.
  • Mostly everything’s great....except for the script

The second installment in the Jurassic World trilogy doesn’t disappoint in terms of visuals, music, intensity and acting. Once more, Pratt and Howard lead the pack, and the new additions aren’t bad, either (despite their characters being mostly insufferable). The film is wonderfully directed by franchise newcomer J.A. Bayona, this should make for an excellent movie, right? Well, Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly don’t match everything else done right with their screenplay. A lackluster script, boring plot and nonsensical situations REALLY drag the potential down for this one. Not to mention the really, really pointless and obnoxious side characters. 4.5/10 Note: Somehow this one is more tolerable for me than the last one, even when I give this one a lower score and consider this one the worst out of the two Jurassic World movies, how is that even possible??

I personally liked this movie, as I was waiting on it for a while! I think it’s a good concept, they pulled it off well.

Why is everyone saying this movie’s bad? I think this is better than the first Jurassic World.
